READING THE STRATEGIC PLAN.
A strategic plan determines WHERE an organisation is going to go over the next few years, and outlines HOW it will get there. It's a roadmap that assists it's members to navigate a pathway to a destination.
1. Firstly, read the vision - What We Stand For.
2. Secondly read the endstate - What We Could Achieve, where we could be in five years.
3. Then read the 3 and 5 plan of how we can get there.
