Please find attached the ANZAC Day Parade Order of March, maps and details about form up locations.
Please note that there are no COVID 19 restrictions on the Parade other than us having to acknowledge social distancing.
This means we will be marching four abreast this year and will be ensuring spacing between each line.
Also attached is the QR code for the Parade. Please circulate this broadly and encourage people to Check-in using the SafeWA app ahead of assembly at the form up area to help alleviate the queues. There will be physical sign in at the registration desk as well.
Also, the Army cadets have advised they will not be participating in the main city events this year. Any organisation which requested Army Cadet support will need to recruit members, family or friends to help carry your banners and flags.
Those who requested Navy or RAAF support will be contacted directly by the Cadet groups regarding that support.
Face masks are not mandatory, but we are encouraging people to use them when travelling on public transport to and from the events.
Please remind you members that the Dawn Service is limited to 10,000 this year due to COVID restrictions (usually attracts up to 30,000), so we are required to monitor numbers and gather a contact register through online registration. Please remind members that if they are attending they must register in advance. They will still also need to check-in with the SafeWA app or physical signing on entry at Kings Park. All Dawn Service wreath layers will NOT have to register, they are already accounted for in the numbers along with all other service participants. Wreath layers will also be provided a parking pass if required.
